Kobbari Matta has been in the making for a really long time now. The film has Sampoornesh Babu in the lead role, and it hit the big screens today amidst decent expectations. Read on to see whether the film manages to impress the viewers or not.
Rayudu (Sampoornesh Babu) is a village head who lives happily with his three wives. However, his life changes completely after Androidu(Sampoornesh Babu) enters his life. How are these two characters connected? What is their backstory? The answers to these questions form the remaining plot of the film.
Sampoornesh Babu is at his usual best when it comes to comedy blocks. His dialogue delivery, dance moves, and funny antics bring the house down. The spoof comedy is very witty and tickles the funny bones very frequently all through the film.
Shakeela and Mahesh Kathi get meaty roles, and their comedy timing is bang on point. The fun that has been generated by the duo is very good and works out well for the film, as a whole.
The rest of the star cast are good in their roles. The amount of comedy that has been extracted through the supporting cast is simply commendable.
The director Sai Rajesh does an exceedingly good job with this comedy caper. His writing is very funny if we put aside logics. He takes a whole of cinematic liberty, but boy does he deliver when it is needed the most. The way in which he curated comedy sequences is just too good.
Music and camera works are equally good as well. The entire technical team come together for this spoof comedy. The overall combination gives this film a good vibe.
Kobbari Matta is an entertaining film if you put aside logics. It has many funny moments and keeps tickling the funny bones. The spoof comedy sequences come out really well. Sampoornesh Babu delivers what is expected of him.
